Welcome to Human Services Consultants. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

“We”, “Us”, and “Our”: Refers to Human Services Consultants.

“Client”, “You”, and “Your”: Refers to the individual or entity using our services.

We offer services aimed at recruiting potential foster families, with the goal of increasing inquiries to become licensed foster parents and the overall census of families. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of engaging our services. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement. 

All materials created by Human Services Consultants, including but not limited to training materials, content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. 

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, and other proprietary information not publicly known. 

Human Services Consultants will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute. 

You agree to indemnify and hold Human Services Consultants harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms. 

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms. 

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
